By accessing or using the Bibah's Collections website (bibahs.online) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at the time of placing your order is the price you will be charged.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
We accept payments through Paystack, which supports major debit and credit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and shipped.
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and our Returns Policy will apply.
We currently deliver within Lagos State (₦1,500 delivery fee) and Ogun State (₦3,000 delivery fee). Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and order volume.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–5 business days depending on your location within our delivery zones.
If your order is delayed or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at hello@bibahs.com or through our Contact page. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, but we will assist in investigating any such issues.
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items, perfumes, and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@bibahs.com with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform in any way.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Bibah's Collections and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Bibah's Collections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Our website and products are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
